"Logistics division" personality(ISTJ-A / ISTJ-T)

My observation is that whenever a task can be accomplished with one person... two people do it worse, and with three or more there's little action.
George Washington.

Quartermaster personality types are considered to be the most numerous, comprising about 13% of the population. They have a number of distinctive traits, such as integrity, pragmatism, and dedication to duty, that make them popular with families as well as organizations that embrace traditions, rules, and standards, such as law firms, regulatory agencies, and the military. People with this personality type are willing to take responsibility for their actions and take pride in everything they do to try to accomplish their goals. They will not skimp on time and energy, completing each task with patience and accuracy.

They don't like to make assumptions, but analyze their surroundings and take the most practical and effective action based on the facts. They never talk nonsense, and as soon as they have made a decision, they will disseminate all the information needed to achieve their goal, expecting others to immediately grasp the situation and act immediately. They do not tolerate indecision and quickly lose patience when their decisions are challenged by unrealistic and especially fact-ignoring theories. If these challenges turn into time-wasting debates, they become angrier the closer the deadline gets.

If you respect your reputation, make friends with people who are good at what they do...

They do what they say they're going to do and do whatever it takes to get the job done, and those who can't keep their word confuse them. If you add laziness and hypocrisy to the mix, it is the type that is most disliked by them. Because of this, Quartermasters usually prefer to work alone, or at least have a clear hierarchy in place so that they can set and achieve goals without being distracted by the unreliability of others.

They are quick-thinking and factual, preferring self-sufficiency to dependence on others. Dependence on others is seen by them as a weakness, and their passion for responsibility, reliability, and integrity will not allow them to fall into such a trap.

Integrity is important to the Quartermaster, even more so than his own mind, and they will go to great lengths to abide by established rules and norms, to admit their mistakes, and to tell the truth, even when doing so would have disastrous consequences. Honesty is much more important to the Quartermaster than emotional thinking, and their straightforward approach can be misinterpreted by others as cold and robotic. It is difficult for this personality type to express their emotions and good feelings outwardly, but it hurts them to be called unfeeling or even inhuman.

... It's better to be alone with the wrong person.

The "Quartermaster's" dedication is a good quality that allows them to accomplish a lot, but at the same time it is a weakness that can be exploited by undisciplined people. They seek security and stability, see smooth operations as their responsibility, and may find that colleagues and loved ones pass the buck to them because they will always accept it. They like to keep their opinions to the facts, but it can take a long time for observational evidence to explain everything.

"Quartermasters need to remember to take care of themselves, and their dedication to stability and efficiency may make some long-term goals difficult as others become more dependent on them, leaving them with the possibility of accumulating emotional stress over the years, which is usually too late to vent. If they can find coworkers or spouses who truly appreciate and praise their qualities and enjoy their intelligence, clarity, and dependability qualities, they will be very satisfied with the ability they have to keep things moving steadily forward, knowing that they are part of this perfectly functioning system.
