If they want to remain confident and enthusiastic, "guardians" need to know when to say no and use it to fight back for themselves.
Being naturally social is a rare trait in introverts, and instead of using their excellent memories for data and trivia, Guardians remember people and the details of their lives. They are best at giving gifts, and with their natural imagination and emotional finesse, their gifts can be delivered to the recipient's heart. The Guardian personality type is a wonderful group of people who don't waste their time until business is done. The ability to be close to people is out of reach for other introverted types, and they use these relationships to maintain a mutually supportive and happy family, which is fortunate for everyone involved. They may never feel comfortable in the spotlight, and taking credit for the team's accomplishments can make them feel guilty, but if their efforts are recognized, Guardians get a satisfaction from what they do that no other personality type can match.
