"Archon" personality(ESFJ-A / ESFJ-T)

Let's support, inspire and empower each other. Let everyone's positive energy be felt by all.

The best word to describe Regents is "popular" - which makes sense, since they make up about 12% of the population and are a very common type. In high school, they are often cheerleaders or quarterbacks, leading their teams to victory and glory in the spotlight. Later in life, Consuls enjoy supporting their friends and loved ones, organizing parties, and doing everything possible to make everyone happy.

They are social creatures at heart, always aware of the latest developments of their friends.

Discussing scientific theories and debating international politics is unlikely to sustain the interest of the "consuls". They are more interested in tangible things, such as improving their social status and observing the behavior of others. Paying attention to what's going on around them is a must, but Consul personality types make every effort to put their abilities to good use.

Respect the wisdom of the leader

"Consuls are altruistic and take their responsibility to help others and do the right thing extremely seriously. Unlike more idealistic personality types, Consuls' moral compass is based on established traditions and laws, and they support authority and rules rather than trying to draw moral standards from philosophy and mysticism. They need to remember that people come from many different backgrounds and have different perspectives, and that what they think is right is not always the truth.

Consul personality types like to help people and enjoy doing meaningful things, as long as they are recognized and appreciated for their importance. This is especially true in the family, where the Consul is a loyal and devoted partner and parent. Consul personality types respect hierarchy and strive to achieve a certain level of power, both at home and at work, which allows them to keep everyone's division of labor clear, stable, and orderly.

Harmonious Relationships

Consul personality types are lively, outgoing, helpful, and always at the party - they always have time to chat and laugh with everyone! But their engagement is never casual. Consul personality types are willing to listen to the feelings and movements of their friends from the bottom of their hearts, remembering small details and always ready to express themselves with warm words and delicate emotions. If things are going wrong, or if tension arises in the room, they are quick to pick up on it and work to bring everyone back to a state of harmony and stability.

Consul personality types are very conflict averse and use a lot of energy to establish social order, preferring well-planned and organized activities to unknown events and spontaneous gatherings. This type will do their best with the activities they schedule, and it's easy to hurt their feelings when ideas are dismissed or when others have no interest in them. To reiterate, Consuls must remember that everyone comes from a different background, and that disinterest is not meant to be directed at them or the activities they organize - it's just not for those people.

Compromising with their delicate sensitivities is the biggest challenge for Consuls - there will always be opposition and criticism, which is hard to deal with, but it's part of life. The best thing for them to do is to do what they do best: to be a role model, to do what they can, and to enjoy the appreciation of others for their efforts.
